The merchandise was delivered with a Damaged leg to the left. I dislike returning items because it’s very inconvenient for Me. I will not order this again .

One leg smaller then the rest

I bought this bench i love it but when I assembled one leg is mall them the other very disappointed just got it a week ago going to take it

Outsunny Patio Benches

I bought these benches a couple of months ago because they looked beautiful and had good reviews.. Unfortunately I am extremely disappointed with what’s happening to them after being outside only for a couple of months.. They started coming apart from the joints and became very dangerous to sit on them as it was a safety issue now.. As its more than 30 days after purchase I can’t return them also.. Extremely frustrating..and disappointing..

Poor Quality

Hello, I’m sorry to report this item is poor quality- the wood has many knots in it and it looks cheaply spray painted. The item arrived with chips in the wood as well. I would value the item at a $50 to $75. It can look pretty but poor quality and is priced too high for the quality received. I recommend Macy’s discontinue selling from this brand. Macy’s is known for its quality and this item sadly does not represent what customers come to Macy’s for. I’m sorry I wish I had better news to share for this item. Thank you.
