Nice thick cotton needs washing before use

These washcloths are 100% cotton. They are thick and good quality, but arrive with a waxy coating on them from processing that doesn't allow for absorbing water well. I soaked them in the sink in very hot water with oxy clean, then ran through the washing machine using white vinegar instead of detergent. They're nice but require an extra step before use.

Poor service

I was shipped the wrong item; then, after several people, was told I had to print the shipping label I was sent, package their error up, and take it to the UPS store. This process was all for product that had about a $20 retail value. I have not received any acknowledgment from Macy's confirming they know the return in underway. However I have received several promotional emails from them since I placed my initial order. Never again

This is a poor example of a Macy's offered product

For a Macy's offered product as well as the cost, I had much higher expectations in quality of the "T-Fal Coordinating Flat Waffle Weave Dish Clothes". I opened the package and as I did so the tape caught onto the weave and immediately began to pull threads and unweave. I was also seeking the true dimensions of an actual Kitchen towel(See attached photos). These are more the size of a hand-towel and even then they are small. The weave is way to loose and due to this the overall towel catches and tears and pulls out of square. I am sadly disappointed.
