Excellent daily exfoliater

I love the feel of the product and it does a great job of getting any lingering dirt and grime off my face. I use it after I cleanse and it picks up any residue left behind. It amazes me how clean and fresh my face and neck feel after I use it. I highly recommend it to keep your complexion clean and bright.

Great toner

Best toner I have used. Does not make me feel super dried out and leaves my skin feeling moisturized. It also helps remove any dirt or make up left after cleansing while leaving my face feeling smooth.

Very disappointing and painful experience

First, I generally love Kiehl's products. I was so looking forward to this promised "daily gentle" toner. Unfortunately, after the first application, my skin turned bright red and was clearly unhappy about the toner. I saw recommendations to reduce the number of times that I use the toner (once/week, for example). However, I wasn't interested in a weekly toner; I wanted the promised "daily, gentle exfoliating toner." This is an expensive way to learn that this won't work on my skin.

It’s good

It’s good. I didn’t notice too much of a difference specifically from this product, but it didn’t make my face break out so that’s good. Skin does feel softer, but nothing much of a miracle. Still a good product though.
