Great product, bad packaging

I love this product and use it everyday however the packaging can so hard to open sometimes. Its impossible to get a grip on and typically have to use a towel to open or ask somebody else to open it for me. Besides this its my favourite brow gel by far.

The Only Eyebrow Pencil I Will Use
