Warm!!!!

This coat is so incredibly warm. I bought it when NY hit those crazy frigid days this 2025 winter and I could not have been happier. Love the extra zip on the inside. The black faux fur and gold details gives it that dressy look that makes it perfect for a night out. Love it!

Very disappointed

I am so upset. I have ordered this coat twice and I got a different coat . The main pictures shown do not show snaps on the outside of the coat. Each time I received a coat with snaps, twice. I called customer service and they were not able to help me. They agreed that the picture shows a different coat. Shame on you Macys!!! I thought better of your company. I just saw another review that states the same thing.

Misrepresentation of coat

I ordered the coat that is represented on the website three times and they kept sending me a different version of the picture. Each time they said that they would send me the coat pictured; it did not happen. I am very disappointed with this order and eventually requested a refund.

Pretty AND warm!

It was time for a new black winter coat and I saw this on sale. I’m so glad I purchased it, I love it. I was worried about it not having a belt like my old one but I didn’t miss it. This coat is pretty and warm!

Nice but runs small

Nice coat but hood is not detachable. Runs small around the arm pits and across the front. Bought a size large. I am 5’4”” and 150 lbs. this size large should have fit. I am not a large person. Disappointed.

Disappointed

Coat is okay, but definitely underperforming for being a Tahari. I haven’t shopped Tahari brand in a while, so probably things have changed in the meantime, but my expectations of quality are not met. Even though, I bought the coat on sale, I am inclined to return it; if I have paid a full price for it, I wouldn’t have considered keeping it even for moment. The color is deep, dark chocolate, but unremarkable. In addition to my disappointment of the overall quality, Macy’s offered another unexpected “gift”… a pocket full of candy wrappers (see photo).
