Broken package!

Hoping for an easy return or exchange.

I bought this for my wife's birthday, the Naked 3 was perfect, but upon opening her Naked 2, dust w was falling out. Then as she opened the box, the entire palette was no good.

Poor packaging

This makeup palette was packaged with a top from the same order. No bubble wrap or box to protect it. Needless to say the makeup was chalk dust and all over the top.

Smashed eyeshadows

I have bought the urban decay eyeshadow palettes for years the colours are amazing. However this is now the second one I have bought where the one of the eyeshadows has smashed straight away with a couple of others looking like they are going the same way. These palettes aren’t cheap hoping I have maybye just had a bad batch because they are my favourite eyeshadows!
