Stylish but dirty

Stylish jacket, but the one I bought was dirty and they didn’t have another one in my size. I asked if they could offer a discount or provide a replacement, but they didn’t have another available and said they were going to place the item in the damage bin to be thrown away. I decided to go ahead and purchase it and paid to have it professional cleaned myself.
