Graduation gift gone awry..

This lovely pearl set was delivered, but it was supposed to be pink pearls, not white, so I will have to be returning them to the store. Unfortunately, I may not be able to get a replacement before my granddaughter‘s graduation this week…

Modify or cancel

I ordered an item and it was t he wrong color. When I hit cancel it advised call this number to modify. I thought yes dont want to cancel because of refund. The associate said he could not modify it. Had to cancel. The charge was already pending. It meant cancel recharge the card and wait 7-10 days for first refund. That's why I didnt want to cancel. So long story short. I ordered 5 min before I placed the call. Now I got charged twice and have to wait 7-10 for my money. In the future the notice should say Not all items can be modified. Seriously annoying when if you wait 7-10 days then why not charge it 7-10 days for this reason. Now where is my offered 25% on next order? Jees
