Never got the jacket.

The reason I gave a one star has nothing to do with the quality of the jacket or the jacket itself. I never received the jacket based on the delivery by the Postal service. Delay here, delay there, and when i got a text from Macy's that the jacket was delivered. it was no where to be found. The Post Office said it was delivered on the porch or front door. I live in an apartment building and there's no porch and the front door would be the sidewalk where people walk by and easily could pick up the package and keep going.

Showed as delivered but we didn't receive the item

We called Customer Service to inquire. Tand thhe representative refunded the purchase price although we wanted the item itself instead of a refund.(The item was no longer available on the website) We received the other items of the same order which came in 2 other separate packages. This package never showed up.

Great jacket!

I was looking for a lightweight jacket for my husband, but this turned out to be a heavier weight than I expected. However, it is such a nice jacket that we’re keeping it anyway. It has a nice quilted lining and I like that it has a hood. I also like that it’s water resistant.

Stitch already coming apart

It's been only a 3 months of regular usage and the stick on the right hand sleeve is already coming off.
