Melted Frano mints

I recently returned home to Los Angeles from Chicago. Although I purchased your Frango mints and brought home several boxes with me to give to friends as gifts. I didn’t have enough so I ordered a three pack holiday gift boxes. When it arrived, all 3 boxes had melted so badly it was not appropriate to give as gifts. I was very disappointed it came this way. I wish I could send you a picture of what it looked like… a blob of chocolates!

Never received my shipment. Order was shipped, lost, and then cancelled by Macy's because exact items were no longer available. Subsequently place another order for similar items at higher price. Very unhappy. I place large orders of specific Frango Mints every year for my employers and family.
