Return a Christmas gift before Christmas!

This item did not work when it was opened and wouldn't even charge! I tried to return it to Macy's store but was told I would have to return to the company on line. When I tried this the item was no longer available and indicated it needed to be returned by December 20th, BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!! I bought this on line on a Black Friday sale at Macy's! I can't seem to get a replacement or a refund. I will not buy toys from Macy's or this company again!!

Pac Man handheld

Love this!!! My brother is a Pac Man fanatic, and collects all and anything Pac Man related! It made a great stocking stuffer!!
