i never recieved the product

i never received the product i would give it a higher rating but i never recieved it . hope i wasn't charged for it because it is a very nice product . can you please send me a copy of the receipt purchase ........

Disappointed

I never received my order, I have gotten run around with customer service. There was no tracking info available. This only contact received from Macey's. I will never order again from them !!!
