Terrible customer service

I like the lipliner but will not purchase it from Macys in the future. I received the wrong shipment (underwear was in my package - not the lipliner). Customer service would do absolutely nothing to expedite the shipment as these lipliners for a bridal party.

Good Lip Liner -

Always use Clinique lipliners. Good selection of colors to choose from. My only negative comment is once you twist the pencil up, you cannot twist it back down.

Very smooth and long lasting.

I love how this lip liner is long lasting and smooth. It helps prevent my lips from going dry too. Good stuff!

Thankful

I am grateful that Clinique is still carrying mechanical lip liners. I was an Estee Lauter mechanical lip liner wearer until it was discontinued. I'm thankful to find at least something similar in color and twist up. Thank you Clinique
