No refund for not picked up

Really? Never picked up and still no refund. I paid in advance yet if I was unable to pick up. There is item return because I don't have in my possession . All they had to do is process refund. It stills show I haven't returned ! This may be the new AI how everything is messed up but I've been doing business with Macy's for 50 years they gotta address this!

Not what I thought

Missing pieces

I ordered this specific set because the description said the serving set included a butter knife and a sugar spoon. When I received the set I was very disappointed to see that those two pieces are not included in the set.
