I love this product but please change the packaging. Seems like the skin jars have very cheap packaging and all of the print rubs off almost immediately.

Empty bottle
I love this product but this time I received an empty bottle. I can't submit a return because I threw the box but I won't be buying this again from Macy's

Received an empty bottle
I received an empty bottle this time. Very disappointed it ran out after two or three pumps and I had already thrown the box away. Won't be buying this from Macy's anymore.

I ordered Kiehl’s items from Macy’s online during their 7-Day Beauty Sale and later found that several items appeared to be expired based on the batch codes. Customer service was helpful and refunded me, so I reordered the same items at the sale price. Unfortunately, the replacement items also appeared to be expired. I went to a Macy’s store to return them, and although I did receive a refund, the in-store experience was very disappointing. The associate told me I received old products because I bought them at 50% off, which made me feel as if customers who buy sale items should expect expired or outdated products. I would not have purchased these items at any price if I had known they were expired. Macy’s did not clearly state online that the products were discontinued, old, or expired. This experience was very frustrating and has changed how I feel about shopping for beauty products at Macy’s.

Initial impression is quite positive after the first few weeks. Like the packaging which makes it easy to apply and the eye contour stays moisturized for half a day or more. Look forward to seeing the longer term results as firmness increases even more, the puffiness further recedes and the tone continues to even and brighten. Good stuff!

I have been using this product for several years. I like the hydrating and lifting effects . It doesn’t have a ton of fragrance like other brands I have tried.

Silly smooth and fragrance free. I use it every day and have seen a definite improvement in my puffy eyes.
