Same damaged shirt sent twice

I returned the dress shirt. I had stains on it. Ordered the same color and size and was sent the damaged shirt again. Not good.

Dreadful shirt

NOT “wrinkle-resistant.” Plan to iron it every time, but know that it also wrinkles badly while you’re wearing it. Not well-designed, either. Gap between the top button and second button is too big, resulting in a sloppy open-collar look. Very regrettable purchase.

Insatisfied customer

2 of the 3 shirts that I ordered come with torn with the pin. Looks like Macys handle a lower quality or works like an outlet where the item have a small defects. You lost a client.
