    • Use this versatile formula to precisely line, define and fill or smudge, smoke and blend
    • Lash Line: Apply along the upper lash line; hold the pencil horizontally, keeping the long side of the tip flat against the lid, which makes it easy to see where the line is being placed; apply in short strokes to keep the application close to the lashes
    • Tight Line: Press softly on the eyelid and lift gently back into the eye crease, which will clearly reveal bottom of the lash line; apply in between lashes using a dot and wiggle motion, which creates the look of lush, thick lashes
    • Water Line: Apply directly to lower and/or upper water line; for a softer look, line only the upper water line; for maximum definition, line both the upper and lower water lines
    • Pro Tip: For a more precise application, sharpen before use; if needed, use a flat eyeliner brush to diffuse formula between lashes or drag out for a crisp winged line

The real deal

This eyeliner is the real deal! It’s goes on smooth and precise. The black was really black. I love this because sometimes the black isn’t as black in other eyeliners.

Lasts all day!

It requires a light touch, but it’s easy to apply. The brown color was perfect for me. I first bought this product in a dark blue color when I was in Europe, but found an even better color online when I returned home to the USA! Better than the Clinique product I had been using, which wears off in a few hours.

That whole pencil and just one tip?

I have twisted and twisted the bottom and nothing more is coming out. I would expect to have product along the whole length but it appears to be just the tip. I’m very disappointed in this product
