We love it, just wish it was 16 of versus 12 oz. But it's beautiful and the lids works great, we think it's excellent!!

It is impossible to keep it very hot, there is no point in waiting. I did not buy it to drink it cold. It cools down quickly, and it was very late, I even forgot about it, I was surprised when it arrived. It looks very nice and is machine washable Except the cover.
