Zipper broke

If you ever consider unzipping & washing the cover of this pillow. Dont. If you unzip it the zipper won't zip back up. Eventually leading to the zipper handle breaking off.

Macys online delivery was fail three times

Macys online delivery was fail three times, they continue sending the same item of a different color, I guess the packer can't defer the red from orange
