Disappointed

I am a fan of Jo Malone’s Poppy & Barley, and I bought this hand and body lotion to match my Poppy & Barley cologne. However, I was disappointed when I opened the bottle and tested it on my skin; it was not as thick as it was diluted in water.

Packaging

Good products, but the packaging on all the products is atrocious. We order the maximum amount each time and they are always just thrown in a JM box. You need to use some paper tissue or paper to pack out the boxes
