Shipped with a tag and charged return shipping fee

The item was shipped with a store security plastic tag; I cannot wear gloves with the store tag attached. No Macy's store in my city. I had to send it back. I called Macy's customer service before returning it. The customer service confirmed free return shipping since I was a Star Reward member--per the website, "For Star Reward members, return shipping is free. For all other customers, a fee* of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund." The return details page under my Macy's account shows free return shipping. But when the actual refund was posted to my credit card, the return shipping fee of $9.99 was deducted from my refund. I am unsure where the mistake came in -- but the store security tag that forces me to return the item and the incorrect refund make me hesitate to make any future purchases.

They are really nice.

The gloves are very nice. They work well with my phone and feel very soft. They could be a bit warmer, but they are good for cool weather.

Nice glove but not warm enough.

I bought these gloves for an event I was working at outside. The temperature outside was very cold. The gloves did not hold warmth after an hour or two. They are very nice fitting gloves but if your looking for warmth, in really cold weather, look for different pair.
