Petal and Pup return process is horrible

I do not usually post reviews, but wanted others to know what a nightmare Petal & Pup’s return process is. Just know that returns must be sent to Petal & Pup. However, their systems are not set up for returns & exchanges if you order from Macy’s. No live person to speak with and the Chatbots are not programmed to help with orders through Macy’s. If you need to return or exchange, do not waste your time trying to contact Petals & Pup. Call Macy’s and they will email you label and directions to return to Petals & Pup. Macy’s was wonderful & very helpful in the return! Also note, you have to pay your own return shipping.

Odd fit

Disappointed. Has an odd fit. Low arm holes. Material is very thin and it is not lined, but could work with a slip or shapers. Really sorry it didn't fit. Cute dress. Despite ruffles that one would expect to hide generous thighs, it is cut very slimming underneath.

Beautiful Dress

I came across the dress on Pinterest and so I bought the dress for an upcoming wedding event that I will be attending. The dress arrived really fast, which I loved. I got a size 6 because size 4 was no longer available and it was the best decision I made. Size 4 would have fit like a glove; however, I like just a bit of wiggle room for movement. Everything just fit perfectly so I guess the dress runs a bit small because I’m usually a size 4. I hope that I can rock the dress!
