Much darker than the picture

Beautiful shirt but the soft gray is not soft. It's very dark gray!

Missed the delivery date - Mom's funeral

I ordered this suit for my son to wear to my Mom's funeral. I ordered it, paying extra for 2 day shipping. The delivery was NOT only late but arrived 5 days later, too late for funeral. I called support on day 3 stating the suit was being ordered from manufacturer. This needs to be escalated to determine how to prevent this from happening again.
