Nambe needs quality control

I love the Nambe brand but it seriously has a quality control problem. Every time I order from them, most of the time there’s a defect with their products and I have to reorder and exchange it. It’s either scratched up, chipped off a piece and in this case the woods smell. Horrible stench that did not go away even after washing and air drying it out. This is a great sugar and creamer set, just make sure there’s nothing wrong with it when you get it.
