Non working and missing parts

I was so looking forward to having this expresso maker This express maker did not work properly and I was very disappointed that there were also pieces missing. Driving back to Macys to return.

A whole lot of Latte Love!

Love the machine and especially the latte’s it makes! Just need to figure out how to make it brew a bit longer, instruction manual not included like with my last one.
