Easy to use but very fragile
I purchased this vacumn cleaner about a year and a half ago for use on our tile floors. I used it once weekly or less on a very small area. With absolutely no trauma, the wand (plastic) just snapped while in use. When I looked for the replacement part, they wanted about half of what I paid for the vacumn. I guess you get what you pay for. No more Shark for me.
It's good, but heavy
've been really happy with this vacuum overall. I have a long-haired cat, so pet hair is a constant battle, and this vacuum is powerful enough to get the job done. The dust cup is very easy to empty, and it maneuvers well around furniture and tight spaces. My only two complaints are that it's very tall, and as someone who's on the shorter side, it can feel a little awkward to use. Also, while it's advertised as lightweight, it definitely feels heavier than I expected. After about 15 minutes of vacuuming, it starts to feel like an arm workout. It's not unbearably heavy, but I do think it could be lighter. Overall, though, it's a strong, effective vacuum that performs really well, especially if you have pets. I would recommend it.

Was better when we first got it
When we first Got this vacuum it was 5 stars. It sucked up so much dirt and dust as well as dog hair from our carpets. I love the attachments to get into the couch or hard to reach places. However over time, this vacuum has lost its suck and hardly picks up anything at all. And very top heavy which sometimes makes cleaning cumbersome!

Quality vacuum
The suction is strong enough to pick up pet hair, dust, and crumbs in one pass, even on area rugs. It transitions smoothly between hard floors and carpet, which makes cleaning the whole house much easier. I also like that it's easy to maneuver around furniture and the dust bin is simple to empty without making a mess. The attachments are useful for cleaning corners, stairs, and upholstery, and the vacuum feels sturdy without being overly heavy.

Love this pet vac!
I am so excited that I discovered this vacuum. It works fantastic on my rug, hardwoods, and kitchen tile. I have a long-haired cat and this picks up the fur well. Easy to store in a compact way. Great buy!!
Easy Vaccum
This vaccum has a strong suction and can be used for both carpet and hard floors. It is not too loud and maneuvers on all floor types very easily. The canister is easy to dump. This vacuum has a critical impact to the cleanliness of my home. My only two cons are that I wish it was cordless allowing me to do both floors without moving different plugs and the vacuum is a little top-heavy. Otherwise, great vaccum!

Light great suction and very versatile.
Quiet and smooth
I love this vacuum so much. I’ve had it for six years. It does a great job. It is quiet and move. Smooth. Highly recommend this vacuum to anyone that’s looking for one.!!!!
