Never received on time but paid overnight air ship

The toys are just fine, the issue was that UPS kept delaying delivery - TO AN ACCESS POINT NO LESS - not a house - (and our home has a big sign on door directing where to deliver!!) We paid for overnight air ship to arrive Wed. 12/17. They finally arrived 12/23!!!! These were for a children's charity function on 12/20 and we then had to scramble out to stores to find alternatives!! Not great MACYS'S!!

Package never received.

Please reship the beach cruiser. I never received it. I saw it was damaged somewhere in route. It is a Christmas present for my granddaughter.

Why did they include batteries!!!

Who was that genius who decided that it's a good idea put the batteries in?! Guess what - they leaked, and the toy is ruined, along with the kids birthday (a little bit, at least). So if you buy this one, check before you gift.
