Poor packaging

Haven’t opened yet because birthday is not til Saturday. Box was very ripped by up, crushed corner. And obviously had been retaped. Just hoping pieces are all there and house is in new condition!

My Granddaughter’s gift isn’t here!

I did express shipping when I ordered on 6/16 so my granddaughter would have by her birthday on 6/18. However today is June 24, and she hasn’t received her gift yet. This was the main gift she wanted and she asked me because I always come through. Imagine how we both feel. I’m so tempted to go buy her one from somewhere else at this point. Just horrible!!! I’m so angry and disgusted that I no longer want anything else from Macy’s. Just that serious!!!
