Missing the feathers
Ivory Shine is more like lemon chiffon. I can see through the jacket as all the feathers are clumped together. I think LandsEnd is using AI in quality control and it’s awful. I have had to return everything in the last couple of months. As soon as the USPS notification dings, I am requesting a return.

Not well thought out
Sleeves are short, cuffs are large and the zipper does not have two way zipper. Definitely disappointed.

This isn’t worth the money
Coat got damp with snow and had a terrible smell. I washed it on delegate and it came out with the little fill in it balled up. It basically has nothing left for warmth of any type. It’s fabric to fabric.

It's ok...
Here in Illinois, the winter is brutal. The wind makes it so much colder. I tested this jacket on a 15°F day, with minimal wind. I am a larger size on top than on the bottom. What I liked: It is very lightweight, it is a nice navy color, the sleeve ends are wide enough to wear gloves, the length. What I wasn't too crazy about: There is no drawstring at the bottom to cinch tighter to the hip, letting the frigid wind under the jacket below the waist. I wore a t-shirt with a sweater over it. I noticed that my arms felt the cold through my clothes. I wish it was a little thicker and had a cinch-cord at the bottom. I had to size up because of my top half. I wish clothing designers figured out that women have breasts, and they might not all be "A's" and "B's"

bungee cord hood is useless
I live in FL and wanted something lightweight but warm since it rarely gets to freezing. Boy was I wrong this year, it is in the 20's but this jacket kept me warm even though I did have layers. I would give a 5 but did not realize the bungee cord for the hood is on the back of the hood, completely useless, hard to reach and tighten. Could not keep the wind off my head and ears.

2 Things Missing
Would be a perfect 5 if it had two things: 1. Sleeves 2" longer. Just because I got a plus size, because I like a loose fit and want room for layering under, doesn't mean I have short arms! 2. An interior pocket at breast level to hold a small wallet or cell phone. Guys are not the only ones that like interior pockets!

Incredibly warm for such a light weight!
Just got the Lush Burgundy in a Tall Medium and love it! It is so light but wore it briefly outside in an Arctic Cold Front and was comfortable, my hands even stayed warm just being in the pockets. Happy I went with Tall because the sleeve length is perfect.

nice looking with midrange quality
I bought this in black — love the length, covering your backside, nice deep & zip pockets, cozy & light; negatives: no double zipper, or zipper pulls and I would be unable to wear a bulky sweater underneath— as a little snug underarms with no gusset to allow for extra room! I guess for these upgrades you need a better quality brand — like NorthFace; I bought a size M — 10-12, as a L would look sloppy; still deciding if I should exchange for a men’s M!
