Don’t buy

There’s no suction in this vacuum and it doesn’t stay charged.

Terrible battery life

I was gifted this vacuum thankfully. If I had bought it myself, I would return it. The suction is really good and the tools are easy to change out. It is light weight and easy to handle. However the battery life is horrible. It died after 7 minutes. As a die hard Shark vacuum owner this is disappointing. I will continue with my corded upright vacuum and probably never use this one due to the battery issue. 7 minutes isn't even worth getting it dirty for.

Other occasion to buy:I’m completely satisfied with my purchase, as it allows me to take care of vacuuming many areas sufficiently, without having to deal with a huge mess. It also helps me to spare my back, from transporting my heavy vacuum around the house!

This lightweight handheld vacuum is very powerful!

Poor investment

This vacuum is so weak. Got a new car and wanted to get a cordless vacuum to maintain a clean interior. Very disappointed. Doesn’t have a strong suction. Will NEVER buy a SHARK vacuum again!

Short battery life

Wanted to love this vacuum because I love other shark products. However, after its initial 6 hour charge, it only lasted 10 minutes. The suction was fine. Would not recommend, especially at such a high price point and that it brags about a long battery life. Going back to a black and decker for a hand held vacuum.
