Very disappointed

Macy’s sent a notice this had been shipped. When heather package came only sheets were in the bag and the bag was open. When I questioned the delivery they stated it was out of stock. Go figure. I requested if it came back in would they honor the price I purchased it for and the Chat person said yes. When I went to reorder since it was showing up online they wouldn’t honor the price. Needless to say I was very disappointed.
