Expensive Jacket, Cheap Plastic Bag

I was really disappointed with my experience at Macy's. After purchasing an expensive jacket, I expected a level of care in how it was packaged, but instead it was placed in a basic plastic bag. For a higher-end item, it would be reasonable to provide a proper garment bag or at least better protection.
