Polo Jeans Hampton straight fit
I'm really impressed with these Hampton jeans. The fabric feels amazing and is not too stiff, making them incredibly comfortable to wear all day. They seem very durable and well-made. Definitely a 5-star pair of jeans.
Casual Neat Look
I purchased this product about a month ago. It holds true to the Excellent standards of the Ralph Lauren Brand and has the casual Loose fit style it claims to be. It rocks a neat/ casual look as well as being comfortable.
Poor Customer Service
I placed an order for a pair of Ralph Lauren Polo jeans, and was told I should receive the order within one week. When I did not receive the order after 10 days, I called Macys customer service and was told the order was cancelled because the I item I order had exceeded the vendors allocation for this item. I purchase the item to wear on a trip and now have to go without the item to wear. Had I known that the item would not be available, I would have made the purchase somewhere else. I find this to be extremely inconvenient and poor customer service on Macys part.
