Do not recommend Tervis if this is their new quality

The inside film is separated. Doesn't look sealed or well put together. I wrote customer service about this and never received a reply.

Hi! When producing the tumblers, the seam is not sealed down. Because the tumbler is designed for both hot and cold beverages, the wrap must be free in the tumbler to expand and contract with the temperature of your beverage. If the wrap was sealed down, this would cause the wrap to buckle. The wrap will lay more flat over time.
