Disappointed

I selected this mascara in my custom kit. I wanted to try it after seeing rave reviews. I have only worn this mascara a couple of times because it seems very faulty. I apply and it is so wet that it transfers on my upper and lower eyelids almost immediately. Even after I try to let it dry, it is still so wet. I am not sure if I received a faulty mascara, but this clearly does not work for me.

No product in the tube

I used to love this product, but the last 4 tubes have no product in the tube. I can hardly coat my lashes. Nothing like the previous quality. What happened? Very disappointing!
