Fun girly reflective color without being bright.

This is a replacement for a smaller backpack from same line. I chose it due to larger size and my tall 5 year old chose it due to it matching her lunch bag. After adding initials and rainbows stenciled on she couldn’t be happier. Hubby and I were concerned the large size would be uncomfortable. I don’t suggest automatically getting it for a 5 year old. However, our kiddos school is academically rigorous and this size comes in handy. It is surprisingly lightweight and once the straps are adjusted and the buckle at front latched it’s super secure. Though it still looks bigger than her 🤭 This was a good choice for our needs and will last for at least a few more grade levels before we should need to think of upgrading. Assuming of course it holds up.

Loved it but it started ripping in 6 weeks

I ordered this bag for my 4th grader. It was great to start. Within 6 weeks the lining started ripping and has continued to rip making the bag unusable and it’s not even half way thru the year. Not worth The money.

LOTTA SPARKLE!

This backpack is more sparkly than it looks online, which the recipient LOVED! Looks great with the monogram, and I hope she will use it for many years.

Sturdy!

Bought one last year for my 3rd grade granddaughter and she loved it so got another different color this year. Well made and lasted being dragged, thrown and pulled on.

Always an excellent choice!

We come back year after year to Lands End for the perfect backpack. Both of my kids have their favorite styles. My middle schooler is still able to easily use the Large size.

Straps breaking after only 60 days of school

I bought this for my kindergartener who carries a folder, water bottle and a light sweatshirt in it. Just noticed today the one strap is coming apart at the seams. My child has only had about 60 days of school and hardly any weight in it and it is ripping. I expected better from Land’s End. I had been hoping to be able to use the backpack for more than one year considering he isn’t carrying textbooks and it sits in a cubby all day. Now I am hoping to get one year out of it.
