It has superior water venting and rubber lugs that are micro-siped for surefooted traction. Kayak Shoes

After three years I finally upgraded to these newer models. What I noticed instantly was that these felt lighter on the feet and offered more room in the heel. After 4 months they are still holding up strong. Drainmakers are the only shoes I trust while kayaking and launching from slick surfaced ramps. They have kept me up right and comfortable. Awesome shoes that I always recommend to my fellow kayak anglers.

Great Boating shoes for easy lake days!

These are great shoes for boating days on the lake that dry quickly, but still have walking comfort and traction on slick surfaces.

Fantastic water sports choice

An absolute monster, took it for jetski in the ocean, fantastic drainage, light weight even when wet, dries quickly. Super comfortable. Used it in the gym, worked just fine.

bad toe

The drainage , traction, and comfort are excellent, but the glue and finish are very poor at the toe of the shoe; I had to add some leather reinforcements.

Great water shoe but durability needs to improve.

The shoes have awesome traction on slippery rocks and that's the # 1 reason I bought them . They are also very effective at allowing sand to immediately flow out of the shoe while wading in the surf . Only negative is a lack of durability
