The best jacket I've ever owned!
This is my favorite jacket. It is universal warm and covers every aspect of what a good jacket should be. Whether it's windy conditions cold weather or rain this jacket delivers under all circumstances and I will continue to own North Face jackets for as long as I live.

overall, good quality
overall quality of the jacket seems good, I had owned one for 13 years until the zipper ended up breaking. This does seem more lightweight than my previous jacket though.

No, go back to the old style!
Cuffs are too big and NO adjustment! The jacket is very thin and flimsy now. Zipper is plastic and not the same quality as the old ones. This use to be my go to jacket-no longer. Do better!

Disappointing Quality
Bought as a gift for my husband after his old one started tearing in the pockets. The comparison of the older version soft shell vs this "new" one made me realize how bad the quality of newer North Face items has gotten. The actual soft shell no longer feels like soft shell. The inner lining is noticeably thinner than the older version as well. Overall the quality felt comparable to something from SHEIN with the north face logo stamped on. Only giving it 2 stars because the design has remained the same & shipping was fast, otherwise, spend your money on a better quality soft shell jacket elsewhere!!

Great Product!!
I owned a bionic jacket for over ten years when the zipper failed. I contacted North Face customer service and sent my jacket in and was sent a gift card to replace it with a Bionic 3!
