Beautiful Dutch Oven

The enameled dutch is beautiful, no flaws in the enamel. I've used it twice thus far and it cleaned up easily. Retains heat very well. I cook at home and take my dish to my sister's house about 7 miles away for a family dinner and the food stays piping hot. The 5.5 qt is a nice size although I did just buy a Le Creuset wide dutch oven to have more space to brown my meats/vegetables prior to adding my liquid. I previously had Staub cookware which was wonderful but I prefer the white/cream interior of Le Creuset since I can better see the fond developing.

Worth the price

Great Dutch oven . Cooks like a pro & cleanup couldn’t be easier. $ well spent! Wished I would have purchased this a long time ago. Love the oyster color too.
