These pillows are very firm and fat! Not comfortable for sleeping but perfect to use for shams. Love the cooling aspect however.

The pillow is very cool; however, don’t be fooled because Macy’s does not send a Nestl pillow. The order was substituted with a completely different brand.

Bait and Switch

I ordered 2 “Nestl” bedding products that were supposedly on sale. Received 2 items that were not that name brand and I could not find them on the website. Really???? Salesperson had to manually enter to do the return…they were not in the system under the UPC on the package. I expect more from Macys. Forced to select a star but really ZERO stars!

Really Comfortable Pillow

Received pillows vacuumed packed. Took about 4 hours for the pillows to fully expand. Fully extended, these pillows are very comfortable to sleep with providing the right amount of comfort for my head. The pillow covers are removable so they can be easily washed and replaced back on the pillow. Got them on sale so it was a great purchase.
