Missing parts damaged item slow refunds

The first dress received was missing the ribbon that wraps around, then the second arrived damaged. To make matters worse, the refund took forever to arrive for the first dress, and the manufacturer refused to provide some form of compensation for the inconvenience of the damaged item. I ran out of time due to the event coming up, but not a good experience overall and wont be buying from Petal and Pup anymore.

This dress is made for a 10 years old. I usually buy size XS or 2 and I ended up returning the dress twice. Then Ingot it in size 8 and still doesn’t fit properly.

Not for curvy girls

This dress was difficult to even try on. I did read reviews and that It ran small so I sized up. It is not made for women with curves. Beautiful print and style. Just needs a little stretch.

Arrive Late

Super bummed. Shipping was set for a Tuesday delivery and the items arrived on Thursday after I had already left town for a wedding...dress and shoes ordered for the wedding...really disappointed. Returned items.

Beautiful but sizing is off

I am 58”, 145 lbs usually size 8. I sized up to a 10 based on other reviews, and while the dress is beautiful, it was difficult to zip up and very tight around the rib cage. I sent it back and ordered the size 12 and it was much too big. Wish something could have worked, it would be a beautiful dress to wear to an outdoor spring or summer wedding.
