Quality control?

I had to hand mend two unsewn, open seams in the hood of the coat. Two lengths of about 7 inches had to be repaired on a brand new coat, made in Vietnam.

A Wonderful Surprise!

I live in Southeast Florida and normally don't travel North during the cold months so no need for a "heavy" winter coat. However, we had a business event in Boston last week and I needed a coat so I bought this coat. When I received it, I though.... no way this could keep me warm...weighed only a few ounces and was very "thin". Boy was I surprised. Weather dipped to about 28 degrees and I was never cold. Love it!!!
