Decline in Quality of Straps

I have purchased from this bag for years. It has been my go-to bag because of the great organization of the inside compartments. I used it daily and typically replaced it every 18 months. However, this time, the leather on the straps tore away from the stitching within six months. I won't send a photo because lots of people have already illustrated the issue. Please tell me that this issue is being addressed by the maker! I will miss this bag, but will not purchase it again unless the quality/construction improves. Gianni Bernini will have to win back the trust of this committed, long-term customer.

Nice handbag!

I received this handbag as a gift. I really like it. It is a nice size, not too large or too small. It has nice compartments. I like the outside snap pocket which fits my phone. I will say the navy color is a very dark navy, but I find it works well with many outfits.

Dimensions not as described

Not as described. Description shows 14 inches wide, which would fit a laptop. The actual tote is just 10 inches wide.

Lovely bag

Very soft leather, very attractive. One strange issue is that the metal attachments on the handles are only on one side for some reason. So one strap folds down and one doesn't.

Price is right!

Great size and fit. Not a heavy purse and has lots of compartments. The leather looks more like fake and that’s why a 4 and not a a 5
