Handles come apart

I have bought this style for many many years. The last time I bought 2 because they were on sale. After about 3 months use the handles started to separate on the first one I started using the other and again after about 2-3 months handle started to separate on that one. I just ordered another one just like the ones that the handles separated on. I hope this one turns out to be better than the others. I like this purse very much as it holds everything I need to carry. Is there any thing that can be done on the other ones. Most of these purses I have had in the past have held up exceptionally well.

Terrible Quality

I bought this Giani Bernini Tote 2 months ago and started using it just 6 weeks ago. The strap has already unraveled and because the purse is already over 30 days old, Macy's won't take it back! I guess I should have stuck with Coach. I've learned an expensive lesson.

I truly loved this purse, leather, blue, plain and just the right size. Unfortunately after only 2/3 days the strap began to fall apart & now I must return it. I have never had this problem before, I’m hoping to find something similar.
