Sleep and mood improvement!!

I started taking magnesium about one month ago. I can absolutely feel the difference in my improved quality of sleep, which I have been struggling with for years. I also feel more calm overall. I am attributing these changes to the magnesium as this is the only thing that has changed. I recommended to my daughter who also struggles with sleep.

Reduced my anxiety, improved my sleep!

Lifesaver! I have been taking this magnesium daily for almost 3 years. It has been helping me to lower my cortisol levels, reduce stress and anxiety, and has greatly improved my sleep after years of insomnia. It helped with getting my circadian rhythm in check as well. I now naturally get sleepy at bedtime, before I even take my magnesium. I won't go a day without these!
