I cannot get this "opened"---sounds crazy but the case that the product comes is is very difficult for older arthritic fingers--maybe will loosen up as the time goes by !

Disappointed

It looks like Clinque has changed the packaging of their products. Very flimsy material being used now for their face products. Mybbrand new powered eye shadow I used once and the top broke off. Just purchased a new blush and that case is flimsy too. Hard to open and think the same thing will happen with this case too. Very disappointed.

I purchased several Clinique products because you advertised a free gift on the website and then Macy’s canceled my gift and only sent the products. Buy directly from Clinique! They always send the gifts that they advertise!
