initially wary but now loving it

Took me a while to settle in, most of the cookbooks are for large families not single people like me. Before my air-fryer, I did not cook a lot of fried food or bake a lot. But I have come to depend on my air-fryer, because nothing else can cook a small steak so perfectly! I also like the very easy clean-up and the short cooking times. I am about to renovate my kitchen, and although I will still have a conventional oven, the cooking area will focus on the air fryer, because frankly, I use it more than anything else except my kettle.
