Excellent airfryer
Have enjoyed this air fryer. The removable divider makes it easy to use whole basket or can use for 2 different items. Can use feature to have both items done at same time even if each has a different temp and end time

So much room for activities
Even, quick heating and the dual zones are really handy. Haven't done too much with the megazone but am looking forward to doing dinner parties and meal prep with it . Basket can be a little tricky to get ingredients out of due to it's rectangular/wide size, especially if you're coming from a square basket model but it's a small tradeoff for all the extra surface area and the flexibility of one large, divided basket versus two individual smaller baskets.

Huge upgrade over our previous unit
This replaced a five-year-old cylindrical-style unit that we thought worked really well… until we got this. We mostly use our air fryer for things that cook best in a single layer, so that added linear space is a big plus. The option to cook two foods at different types and for different times—but have them finish together—is a game changer.

I’m disappointed in this product
I use my air fryer almost every day I absolutely love all the things I can cook in it. I currently have an Instant Vortex air fryer. I bought the Ninja air fryer because it has a larger basket surface and I could actually use the air fryer when we have company because I can put more in it. But this air fryer is not efficient. I tried it by doing something simple that I do in my other air fryer. It did not even cook it through. It’s very confusing with the different zones and programs. You can’t put anything in the center because of the hump. And you have to set two zones to get both sides to heat. It does not preheat like my Instant Vortex air fryer does. It took double the time to cook the frozen dinner I put in there yesterday. And even after 40 minutes it didn’t heat it through. I had to finish it in my other air fryer. I don’t want to read an entire instruction Manuel and memorize it to use an appliance. But with this Ninja air fryer you have to read the Quick Start Guide, before you can cook anything in it, unless you already own this type with different zones. So unfortunately, this one’s going back.
Teflon scratches off easily.
It works great and would have given 5 stars. The reason for only two is because the trays Teflon has already scraped and started to flake with only being used ten times. I've always used silicone tongs and hand washed. Very disappointing that it's such a thin layer and not the slightest bit durable.

Not good for light food
Product does the job well. But you can’t add any light foods because the fan will raise the food to the top and burn your food or melt away.
