Terrible delivery and packaging

I am so disappointed in the packaging. The bag came in a clear plastic bag just shoved in a large brown box. No sort of care to protect the product. Delivery was also late! Totally ruined the unboxing experience. 2 stars because I do like the purse.

Great bag

Well-designed and balanced so you can easily carry it by its handles or crossbody Perfect size—not too big or small. Nice interior compartments. Leather is substantial. I often get compliments on it.

I had never seen this purse in person so when I ordered it I did not know much how it would be. However after receiving this Lana 23 I con confirm that the wait was worth it. Nice pebbled leather very soft but you can definitely feel the quality. The color is beautiful and the crossbody strap is surprisingly comfortable and soft, again the craftsmanship is there. Hardware is very sturdy and you can also feel quality. It has sufficient room for all my essentials as a working mom. Loved it
