Jacket is a good buy

Jacket is a good buy; however, we wish that the hood had been a different material other than the rain type of material. Other than that this was worth it!

Great customer service

Great looking and warm coat. I bought a medium originally, based on the reviews but it was tight in the chest and shoulders. I called customer service and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I bought the coat on sale and they honored the same price and sent me a large. I returned the coat to my local Macy’s and they never even asked any questions about the return. Great customer service. The coat looks great on.

Good Deal

I bought this coat for my boyfriend, and he loves it. The removable hoodie is a great feature—he can wear it for extra warmth or when he wants a more casual style. Without the hoodie, the coat has a very elegant look.

Old, used and dirty

Arrived in a box crumpled as if it had been worn and thrown on the floor, stepped on and left for weeks, basically arrived as an old coat. The hangar was broken inside the coat in the perfect shipping box. athe worst part of returning is the waste of time having to go through the packing and drop off. I expected better ftom Macys, SMH
