Rude employees

I tried returning a product and I couldn’t. The two employees made me feel horrible. They said I did have the correct packaging so they couldn’t take it back. They kept leaving with my products I wanted to return they were on the phone, . They kept talking about Ingrid. Honestly I felt like I was wrong for wanting to return something that broke me out. So Ingrid DO BETTER! Maybe I should bring my dermatologist paperwork next time!? But for now..I’m done with Macy’s!

Silky and smooth

This package is so luxurious, it looks amazing. I have used this on our daughters type 4c hair and it leaves it soft and moisturised. The mixture of the two main ingredients means this is so moisturising a real treat.

Beautiful shiny hair

This had a beautiful scent and left my hair feeling really soft. Having curly hair it’s not very often my hair has a shine to it but this left a lovely shine on my hair. Beautiful packaging as you’d expect from Guerlain. The only reason this has been given 4/5 is due to the price/value for money.

Indulgent hair mask

This is the most luxurious hair mask I’ve used, I love it. It’s a really good sized bottle with plenty of product in. You have to be careful not to put too much into your hand at a time, because you have to mix the two liquids together. It smells very faintly of honey, which is lovely, and it feels incredible - my hair drank it up and it left my hair feeling so soft.
