Weird sizing

Sizing is off. I bought my normal size and they are very big everywhere. The waist is extra high, the length is too long, and the pants just look sloppy.

Good fabric - comfortable and nice weight. The legs and hips of the pants fit well, are to size. HOWEVER, the waist is TOO SMALL. Waist is size for XS or S pants, instead of the medium size pants I ordered.
